KCHS uses healthcare staffing industry driven software to house all data for both candidates and clients. This software integrates all testing and credentialing so that we can transmit all data to each client in a paperless and efficient manner. Expirations and data are tracked to mitigate risk of expired credentials.

KCHS takes the headache out of new hire paperwork and employer coverage. All employees of KCHS are covered to comply with all federal and state regulations (payroll) and in addition are covered through KCHS with workman’s compensation, and general and professional liability insurance.

KCHS is proud to be partnered with the American Staffing Association (ASA). As a member of the ASA, KCHS adheres to an established code of ethics and good practices and has regular access to a body of knowledge on labor and employment law; the latest legislative, regulatory and judicial developments; professional development, continuing education, and certification programs.
