Outside of the office he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and being outdoors!

Lauren's experience ranges from fulfillment centers and dock work to customer service and human resources. She has an enthusiastic approach and enjoys talking to people and trying to find solutions for challenges they may face in life and in the workforce. She looks forward to the next possible applicants and seeing what paths she can send them down to be successful and happy.

Outside work, she enjoys watching sports ("GO PATS"), and spending time with her family at the zoo, Kings' Island, or at home.

Lori has been in recruiting since

March of this year. As an

employment specialist, she likes to create strong relationships with the people she works with and help those people find jobs!

When she isn't helping people at work, hiking and kayaking is something Lori finds immense enjoyment from. She is also a plant mom and loves caring for her plants and propagating them at home!

Jenni has 5+ years of recruiting experience. Her extensive experience in customer service transitioned her seamlessly into recruiting. She specializes in light industrial, high-volume accounts, ensuring candidates meet company qualifications and streamlining the hiring process for successful placements. Jenni loves helping people find jobs and getting the chance to build meaningful connections.

Outside of work, she spends time with her three pups-Gio, Mia, and Cleo, who bring so much joy and energy into her life.

Jenni also loves reading and expressing her creativity through makeup, painting, and coloring, which allows her to unwind.

Davilmar has been in recruiting for over 2 years. He was referred by a recruiter who saw potential in him working in the staffing department, and he has enjoyed it since. Davilmar likes helping people find the right job and what a difference that can make as he can understand. His background is Warehouse work. From Assembly Line and Pick Packer, to Machine Operator, he understands the ins and outs of the warehouse!

A fun fact about Davilmar is though he has never worked in a restaurant, he enjoys trying new cuisines from different countries.

Liz started her journey in the staffing industry by chance and has been in the field for over 10 years. Her background is in a wide range of customer service roles which has provided a unique perspective that she brings to her role. This allows Liz to connect with clients, candidates, and her team effectively. She specializes in recruiting for light industrial, high-volume accounts to technical/killed roles, with a focus on finding the right match for both technical qualifications and company culture. What she enjoy most about staffing is the ability to build strong relationships and make a tangible difference in people's lives by helping them find meaningful employment.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys gardening, spending time with my family/friends, and playing card/board games which helps her stay balanced and brings fresh perspectives to her professional life.

Kable Staffing is Mackenzie's first recruiting and staffing job. She has always has a passion for recruiting but wasn't given the chance until she came to Kable Staffing! At Kable Staffing, she specializes in customer service and sales and even though she's only worked at here for a short time, the team of Kable Staffing has already showed Mackenzie that we are one, big work family! Always helping each other out with lots of team work. Mackenzie enjoys being able to help people find a job as well as assist people with any issues/concerns they may have.

Solimar got into staffing 5+ years ago after working closely with a recruitment team during a large project and realizing how crucial the right talent is to operational success. Since then, she has specialized in industrial and manufacturing staffing, focusing on optimizing onsite processes and fostering strong relationships with both clients and employees. The opportunity to see firsthand how the right workforce can transform operations and improve efficiency is what drives her.

She thrives on problem-solving and ensuring that both the client's needs and the employees' experiences are well-aligned.

Joel has been in the staffing industry for 4 years, driven by a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities that align with their skills and career aspirations. His journey into staffing began when he was offered to work as front desk at a previous company and quickly worked my way up to onsite/ Recruiter. He enjoys and takes great pride in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. It's incredibly fulfilling to help someone secure a job that perfectly fits their skills and to witness the positive changes it brings to their life.
