Kable Staffing has always provided the requested number of temporary positions. In fact, often they will bring extra employees to ensure our need is met. The associates that they bring on board seem to be a cut above the other agencies we use. They always have someone on site to meet and greet the newly assigned employees, perform the handover with our supervisory staff, hand out paychecks to their employees and address any required communications with their employees. I have only had positive experiences with Kable Staffing. I began using them for my temporary production help in May 2012. I had 4 other agencies providing help at the time. Kable has quickly become my favorite. Their staff is responsive to my staffing needs, even at the last minute or after hours if need be. Sumer Redmon and her associates at Kable Staffing have really listened and focused in on identifying the skills I truly needed. They have gone the extra mile at every turn.
I also like the way they treat their temporaries. Some of the agencies have very unhappy workers and it shows! Kable Staffing goes the same extra mile for their Temporary Associates. I have never had a complaint from a Kable Temporary Employee regarding treatment by their staffing agency. Kable is fair but firm with their temps which leads to a stable production environment.

There is more to Kable Staffing than just them supplying us with temporary employees. They are very personable and pay attention to what we are looking for in workers. I never get anyone who is unqualified to be here, which used to be my problem. Their staffing coordinators do check ins everyday and deliver associate paychecks every Friday. Which, in return I get happy people doing a great job. I would recommend Kable Staffing over any other temp agency any day because of the results and dedication I have received from partnering with them.

We have used temp agencies before, and because of some bad experiences, we were a little reserved in trying another company. After speaking with Sumer Redmon, I was convinced Kable Staffing was a little different than what I had been used to in the past. Their staff is engaged and concerned about their customer's needs.

In the past we had a very bad experience using a staffing company. The people were not up to par and their attendance was horrible. We had different people all of the time, and in our Manufacturing environment we don't have the time to keep training new people. I have to say that when I heard Sumer speak at our Breakfast Forum she impressed me. The process she explained made me think that all of the problems I was having in past would be no more. I called her direct and set up a meeting. I signed the agreement that day and had qualified and motivated people working for me the next day.
